WHY DOESN'T MY ORDER LOOK EXACTLY LIKE THE IMAGE?

As most of our items, excluding the precious metal pieces, are handmade, our pieces may come out differently each time. Though, we do our best to make it resemble like the picture. 

 

WHAT IF MY RING SIZE IS NOT LISTED?

If you need a size that is not listed, feel free to email us at letsgigglethis@gmail.com and we will be happy to customize the size for you.

 

HOW DO I DETERMINE MY RING SIZE?

Before ordering any of our ring products, it is best to know your size beforehand. The best solution is to visit your local jeweler and be professionally sized or purchase a ring sizer to size yourself.

 

ARE ALL PURCHASES FINAL SALE?

Yes, they are final sale. Though, you can exchange them as long as the jewelry is new and unworn with no damages. If there are damages, you will be issued a partial store credit. Shipping costs to send/receive the item is at the customer's cost unless we are at fault.

 

I WANT TO PURCHASE AS A GIFT, CAN IT BE GIFT WRAPPED?

Yes! We are more than happy to gift wrap the box for you! Just make sure you select the option to gift wrap with your jewelry choice. All wrapping is what we have in stock and can not be chosen.

 

CAN I ADD A PERSONALIZED NOTE? 

Yes, of course! Just add what you would like it to say in the note section or message us directly. We can type it up for you to add with the gift.

 

CAN I HAVE A RESIN RING CUSTOM MADE?

Yes! We are more than happy to make a custom ring for you to make your order even more special. Right now, we do offer a ring where you can send us your dried flowers and we can add in gold and/or silver foil to the design. Please keep in mind, as this is a custom order, we will need more time to make it for your once the petals are received. After placing your order, message us directly and we will send you the shipping address for you to send it to. Please make sure to provide us a tracking number so we can keep an eye on it. You are also responsible for purchasing the shipping label for the petals.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY NEW RESIN / CLAY PIECES? 

Polymer Clay is a plastic based clay. So we recommend you to not allow anything heavy to sit on the earrings to prevent breakage. The clay bakes in heat after we create them so that they harden, so don't leave them in the sun or in a heat place to make sure they last.

For your resin pieces, we also suggest not keeping them in heat as they may warp or discolor after long periods of time since they are a type of acrylic.

HOW DO I CLEAN MY NEW RESIN / CLAY PIECES?

You can wipe them with a baby wipe or lint free jewelry cloth (Our earrings come with a free one.) A makeup wipe can also help to remove makeup from white clay earrings. Resin pieces are waterproof so you can rinse them with cold water and soap. Don't use hot water as it will cause warping.

Do not shower or sleep in your jewelry to ensure the earrings lasts as long as possible.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY NEW SILVER / GOLD PIECES?

You can wipe them with a lint free jewelry cloth (Our earrings come with a free one) to polish them back to a shine.  We do not suggest going swimming in any of our jewelry as it can damage / tarnish the design. For our silver / gold pieces, the lab grown diamonds may fall out from the constant exposure to water. Please keep in mind, that they can naturally fall out depending on the amount of wear and tear overtime. We also recommend you to not get lotion or perfume on the silver / gold pieces.
