REFUND POLICY

All sales on Sterling Silver, White Gold and Yellow Gold are final.  All items are made to order and great care is taken with each piece that we make. 

 

Once an order has been placed, it is put into production and cannot be canceled on Sterling Silver, White Gold and Yellow Gold jewelry.

 

All items must be new and returned in the original packaging for it to be eligible for an exchange credit, customers are responsible for return shipping.

 

Exchanges can be made for store credit only, but will only be valid 10 days after purchase date of the UNWORN merchandise and the new items will be made and shipped out when the original order has been received by Gigglethis in its original packaging and MUST NOT be damaged or missing parts, such as, diamonds, chains, clasps, ear backs, etc. 

If for any reason, the jewelry is missing a part or damaged, you will be issued a partial store credit.

 

We reserve the right to deny any unreasonable exchanges.

Resin Jewelry can be exchanged 10 days after purchase date and must be UNWORN and MUST NOT be damaged or missing parts. The new items chose will be made and shipped out when the original order has been received by Gigglethis in its original packaging.

All jewelry boxes can be exchanged after 10 days of purchase date as long as they are undamaged. 

 

If you need help with this, we will happily guide you through this process. 

 

All customers are responsible for return item shipping and shipping charges are non-refundable.

SHIPPING POLICY

From the time of purchase, please allow 4-6 weeks to be processed and shipped. If you have any special requests, we will do our best to accommodate you.

 

All shipping is sent via USPS shipping with insurance and must be signed for upon delivery. You will receive an email with confirmation and a tracking number once your package has been shipped.

 

As mentioned in our Refund Policy, all customers are responsible for return item shipping and shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

You can, however, use a different shipping service to send us the jewelry pieces. Though, please insure it.

REPAIRS AND WARRANTY

All jewelry is provided with a one year warranty from the date of delivery. If there is any reasonable damage, such as diamond replacement and broken clasp, within the first year, we will repair your jewelry free of charge. 

 

Please provide insured shipping for your jewelry and we will return your piece insured and repaired. As mentioned in our Shipping Policy, all jewelry is shipped via USPS. 

 

You can, however, use a different shipping service to send us the jewelry pieces that are in need of repair. Though, please insure it.

 

If your jewelry is either in or out of warranty, we are happy to repair damaged pieces. Fees vary accordingly per repair.

JEWELRY CARE

Silver will develop a natural patina (a tarnish that develops because of oxidation) over time. Some people love this look and choose to embrace it as a style.

 

Patina usually starts from days to years for it to occur naturally. 

 

Don't worry! You can bring your ring back to its original shine by using a dry, soft polishing cloth if you prefer shine.

 

We recommend you to avoid storing your pieces in humid areas like bathrooms, and avoid wearing in water to help minimize oxidation.
