SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING TIME

Our processing time is about 2 to 3 days before shipping. We use USPS First Class Package for all packages that can be from anywhere from 2 to 6 days to delivers based on your location. We are currently in the process of setting up International Shipping that will be offered by USPS First Class Package International and will be available soon to Canada, Mexico, and the UK.

For our silver and gold pieces, from the time of purchase, please allow 4-6 weeks to be processed and shipped. If you have any special requests, we will do our best to accommodate you.

 

All shipping for our silver / gold pieces are sent via USPS shipping with insurance and must be signed for upon delivery. You will receive an email with confirmation and a tracking number once your package has been shipped. As mentioned in our Refund Policy, all customers are responsible for return item shipping and shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

You can, however, use a different shipping service to send us the jewelry pieces. Though, please insure it and provide us with a tracking number to ensure delivery.

 

FREE SHIPPING

We offer free shipping for any orders $35 and over for the U.S only. This offer is automatically applied at checkout so no coupon code is needed. 

 

RATE CALCULATIONS

Shipping Rates are determined by package weight, size, and USPS rates. During holiday seasons, please keep in mind that the prices will increase for shipping with USPS. 

 

TRACKING

A tracking number will be sent to your email upon shipment as well as a confirmation for  your order. We are not at fault if USPS has any delays on your shipment due to COVID or holiday seasons.

 

LOST PACKAGES

Please ensure your address is correct in the address line PRIOR to placing your order. We are not responsible for packages getting lost due to the wrong address being given. A refund will also not be given for this reason.  

For any other type of lost packages, we are not responsible. Once the package is given to the USPS, it is their responsibility to get it to you. Please file a claim with the USPS prior to emailing us about your order. Most cases, they don't log in the updates right away.

DAMAGED GOODS 

We are not responsible for any damaged products due to shipping. Our orders are packaged with care to ensure no breakage. If a product is damaged, contact us at letsgigglethis@gmail.com with a photo and the order number and we will determine if the product can be replaced.

All of our silver / gold jewelry is provided with a one year warranty from the date of delivery. If there is any reasonable damage, such as diamond replacement and broken clasp, within the first year, we will repair your jewelry free of charge. 

 

Please provide insured shipping for your jewelry when you return it to us and we will return your piece insured and repaired. As mentioned previously, all jewelry is shipped via USPS and all customers are responsible for return item shipping and shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

You can, however, use a different shipping service to send us the jewelry pieces that are in need of repair. Though, please insure it and provide us with a tracking number.

 

If your jewelry is either in or out of warranty, we are happy to repair damaged pieces. Fees vary accordingly per repair and will not be free of charge.
